1. Coaching Services
Curtismurlor.com offers 1-on-1 coaching and group coaching. Our coaching services are designed to provide guidance, support, education, and inspiration.
• 1-on-1 Coaching: Personalized coaching sessions based on your needs.
• Group Coaching: Educational and supportive sessions with multiple participants.
All coaching services are conducted virtually (via Zoom, phone, etc.) unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer
Please note that Curtis Murlor is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or healthcare professional. The coaching and content provided by curtismurlor.com is for educational and informational purposes only. No information provided on this website or in live sessions should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or treatment in any medical, psychological, or legal matters.
• You are responsible for your own actions: Any decisions you make based on the content provided in coaching sessions are your own responsibility.

3. Payment and Pricing
• Fees: The fees for coaching services are outlined on our website or in individual agreements. Payment is due in full at the time of booking or before the coaching session begins.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card and will be processed by Stripe.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of coaching services, no refunds are provided once a session or package has been completed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 48 hours of the scheduled session may incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within less than 24 hours will be charged the full amount.
• No-show: If you do not show up for a session and fail to notify us in advance, you will be charged for the full session.

5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except in the following cases:
• If required by law.
• If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
• If you provide consent to share information.
We will not disclose any personal information without your consent.

6. Code of Conduct
We expect all participants in our coaching programs to be respectful and professional. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to discontinue services without refund in such cases.

7. Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you agree that curtismurlor.com and Curtis Murlor are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in our coaching programs. This includes, but is not limited to, personal, emotional, or financial issues related to your decisions made during or after coaching sessions.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided during coaching sessions, including documents, recordings, and digital content, are the property of curtismurlor.com and are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without explicit permission.

9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our coaching services at any time, with or without cause, if we believe that your behavior or participation is disruptive or harmful to others.

10. Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be listed at the top of the document. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
